The last time I wrote about my relationship with my period was to share tips on during heavy days.
There was a big emphasis on listening to your body and showing yourself grace during your menstrual cycle.
I wrote that blog post while I was on my period at a time when I needed to allow myself to just be.
And as I write today’s post, again perfectly in sync with my cycle, I’m feeling a little different.
Like a bit of a rebel actually.
Because this month I’m currently going through a phase where I’m craving more than to limit my to-do list, indulge in chocolate and listen to my hormones.
I want to stick the middle finger up at my period and get on with life.
